Have you viewed the new PokerPro hold em poker tables? The first time I saw the PokerPro tables was about two weeks ago when I took a brief vacation with my parents to the WinStar Gambling den in Oklahoma.
As I waited for my turn to be summoned at the live tables, I observed how the other individuals around the PokerPro tables relate with one another. It was very fascinating to say the least. Maybe I was the only one that recognized this, but I did notice the players in the table had a lifeless high quality to them. The reason behind this may be since there was no human interaction with the dealer, the atmosphere was relatively dull and the players looked bored to death. It was nearly as if I was looking at a live variation of an online texas hold’em poker room instead of sitting with warm bodied humans. It was a little bizarre and I continued to have flash backs to a show of Star trek and the holodeck malfunctioned.
Since the waiting time for the are living tables was over an hour, I decided to observe how the casino game play was and to experience this new texas holdem poker gaming technology. Right after playing a couple of hands, I definitely felt like I was wagering at house. The lack of activity on the table was the primary reason. I prefer to shuffle and stack my chips, and mix my cards about. None of those things are feasible at these digital tables.
Another thing I observed was how the computer dealt the flop, turn and river cards. I bet a whole lot of hands in the PokerPro table and discovered that the wager on was a lot like an internet based hold’em poker website. That might have been just a coincidence, except I found it to become extremely odd.
Right after betting a couple of rounds with this "unique hold em poker technology", I made a decision that the PokerPro tables have been not for me. I’m better off playing texas holdem poker on the internet at residence and not travel the distance. If WinStar Gambling establishment had been to have rid of the are living poker tables, I think they’d loose a great deal of gamblers.
