Internet poker has become globally celebrated recently, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game events. The games popularity, though, stretches back in reality a bit further than its TV scores. Over the years numerous variations on the first poker game have been developed, including a handful of games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to 21 than long-standing poker, in that the players wager against the dealer instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the established poker hands. There is little concealment or other types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up prior to the croupier declares "No more bets." At that moment, both you and the dealer and of course all of the different players attain 5 cards. Once you have observed your hand and the bank’s first card, you have to in turn make a call bet or accede. The call wager’s amount is equal to your beginning bet, which means that the risks will have doubled. Giving Up means that your bet goes instantly to the dealer. After the bet comes the face off. If the dealer doesn’t have ace/king or better, your bet is given back, with a figure equal to the original bet. If the casino does have ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand is greater than the casino’s hand. The dealer pony’s up chips equal to your bet and fixed odds on your call bet. These odds are:
- Even for a pair or high card
- 2-1 for 2 pairs
- 3-1 for 3 of a kind
- four to one for a straight
- 5-1 for a flush
- 7-1 for a full house
- twenty to one for a four of a kind
- fifty to one for a straight flush
- one hundred to one for a royal flush
